OCI to Expand Polysilicon Capacity in Korea

OCI Co. (Seoul), formerly known as DC Chemical, says it will expand polysilicon capacity at its existing facility at Gunsan, Korea. OCI will invest about won220 billion ($181 million) to expand the capacity by 5,000 m.t./year. The construction will begin this month and is expected to be completed by October 2011.
