Nippon Shokubai Sues LG Chem For Patent Infringement

Nippon Shokubai announced today that it filed a lawsuit in the Seoul Central District Courts against LG Chem accusing LG Chem of infringing one of Nippon Shokubai's Korean patents relating to the production process and application of polymers for concrete admixture used in the construction industry. Nippon Shokubai is seeking an injunction and damages for the alleged infringement.
