BASF Plant Science Signs License Agreement in Korea

BASF Plant Science says it has entered into a license agreement with bio-venture company Genomine (Pohang, South Korea), and the Pohang University of Science and Technology (Postech; Pohang), for the discovery of genes that help maximize yields in staple food and feed crops such as rice and corn. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
