Tosoh Reports Fall in Profits

Tosoh recorded a 6.3% fall in net profits for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, compared with the previous fiscal year, to ¥9.4 billion ($118 million). Sales for the fiscal year increased 0.4%, to ¥687.1 billion. “The decline in profitability can be attributed to external and internal factors,” Tosoh says.
