The facility had been offline following the earthquake and tsunami that struck the northeast of Japan on March 11, and it partially restarted production on April 30. Teijin DuPont Films’ facility at Tamatsukuri, Ibaraki prefecture restarted production on March 25 and has been operating at full capacity.
