Teijin to Establish Subsidiary for Fiber Raw Materials, Industrial Materials, Apparel Products

Teijin says that it will integrate its sales subsidiary Teijin Shoji (Osaka, Japan) with the apparel business of Teijin’s polyester fiber subsidiary Teijin Fibers (Osaka). The combined business will be launched as Teijin Frontier (Osaka), on October 1. The new company will be involved in the development, sales, and trading of fiber raw materials, apparel products, and industrial materials; combining Teijin Fibers' technologies and expertise in fiber production and processing, value-added fiber products' development, and Teijin Shoji's procurement...
