Teijin Restarts Facility in Ibaraki

Teijin says that the Teijin DuPont Films joint venture will restart production today at its facility at Tamatsukuri in Ibaraki prefecture. The facility had been offline following the massive earthquake and tsunami that struck the northeast of the country on March 11.
