Regions :: North Asia :: Japan Teijin Partially Restarts Utsunomiya Plant12:04 AM MDT | May 3, 2011 | Deepti Ramesh Teijin says that the Teijin DuPont Films joint venture has partially restarted production of PET film on April 30 at its facility at Utsunomiya, Tochigi prefecture. The facility was offline following the earthquake and tsunami that struck the northeast of Japan on March 11. The facility is expected to be operating at full capacity by mid June, Teijin says.
