(VBC; Libertyville, IL) subsidiary will invest $150 million to construct a new fermentation manufacturing facility at Osage, IA, for the production of biorational agricultural, horticultural, public health and forestry products. The facility will be the largest single investment by any company in the world to support the manufacturing and formulating of biorational products, Sumitomo says.
