Some Toray Plants Restart Operations

Toray Industries says that its production facility at Ichihara in Chiba prefecture, which restarted production of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resins on March 15 and was operating at a minimal level, has more or less returned to its regular operating levels, since March 24. And the company’s facility at Tsuchiura in Ibaraki prefecture resumed production of polypropylene films in a phased manner since March 23.
