Some Mitsui Plants at Iwakuni-Ohtake Site to Restart in July

Mitsui Chemicals says that some of the plants at the company’s Iwakuni-Ohtake production complex at Waki, Japan, that were temporarily shut following the explosion and fire at the site last April, are tentatively expected to restart in late July. A fire broke out following an explosion on April 22 at a resorcinol plant at the Iwakuni-Ohtake production complex.
