Showa Denko to Expand Capacity for High-Purity Ammonia in China, Japan, and Taiwan

Showa Denko says it will increase the production capacity for high-purity ammonia by a total of 2000 m.t./year at its sites in China, Japan, and Taiwan, to meet the growing demand from the electronics industry.
