Operations at Shin-Etsu’s Production Sites Remain Suspended

Shin-Etsu Chemical says that the company’s production site at Kashima and the Shirakawa plant of the company’s Shin-Etsu Handotai subsidiary continue to remain offline. Operations at these facilities were halted following the powerful earthquake and tsunami that struck northeastern Japan on March 11.
