Mitsui to Restructure Some Businesses

Mitsui Chemicals says it will restructure some of its businesses effective April 1, 2012, as part of the company's effort to accelerate new growth strategies. Mitsui will dissolve the company’s fabricated products business sector and operations formerly under this business sector will be restructured. The functional film division within this business sector will be dissolved and the pellicle business will be transferred to the performance polymers division in the functional polymeric materials business sector.
