(Tokyo) have agreed to launch a detailed study to integrate their fertilizer business in Japan. The two companies signed a basic agreement and are exploring the possibility of establishing a new company, which will take over the fertilizer raw materials export and import business of both companies; and the companies also plan to merge their Japanese manufacturing and sales subsidiaries Summit Agri-Business Corp. and Mitsui Bussan Agro-Business Co., and make it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the new merged company...
