Mitsubishi Chemical establishes regional headquarters in Netherlands for performance polymers business, renames subsidiaries

Mitsubishi Chemical, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings, says it established a new subsidiary on 1 October in the Netherlands, which now operate as a regional headquarters for the company’s performance polymers business in Europe. The new subsidiary is called Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers Europe and is located at Rijswijk. The new company will integrally hold all European performance polymers businesses, including CTS Group companies acquired from the Tessenderlo Group (Brussels) earlier this year.
