(Kawasaki, Japan) say they have developed organic light emitting diode (OLED) elements using a wet coating process for the light-emitting layers, and have agreed to set up a testing facility to establish mass production technology. The testing facility will be set up at the Yonezawa, Japan production site of Pioneer’s subsidiary Tohoku Pioneer Corp. (Tendo, Japan).
