Kuraray to Delist from Osaka Stock Exchange

Kuraray says it plans to delist its shares from the Osaka Stock Exchange, due to the extremely low level of trading of the company’s shares on the exchange in recent years. The move is expected to have a very minor effect on the company’s shareholders and investors. And delisting will help to reduce the administrative tasks and costs associated with cross listings, Kuraray says.
