Kuraray and Noritake Integrate Dental Materials Businesses

Kuraray and Noritake (Nagoya, Japan) say they have signed a basic agreement regarding the integration of the dental materials businesses of their respective wholly owned subsidiaries Kuraray Medical (Tokyo) and Noritake Dental Supply (Nagoya). On April 1, 2011, a company holding all shares of Kuraray Medical and Noritake Dental Supply will be established.
