Kuraray Upgrades Earnings and Sales Forecasts

Kuraray has upgraded its sales and earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010. Kuraray expects to record net profits of ¥16.3 billion ($175 million), having previously forecast net profits of ¥14 billion, and forecasts full-year sales of ¥332.8 billion, having previously predicted sales of ¥330 billion.
