Form JV for Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Project in India8:54 AM MST | December 8, 2011 | Deepti Ramesh Kaneka (Osaka) says it has entered into an agreement with Meghmani Organics (Ahmedabad, India) and Mitsui & Co. (Tokyo) for forming a new joint venture to conduct a feasibility study for the construction of a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) production facility at Dahej, in the state of Gujarat, India. Kaneka will have 41% stake in the new jv company dubbed Trience Speciality Chemicals, and Meghmani will have 39% stake, and Mitsui & Co. will hold the remaining 20%.
