JSR employee killed in accident at synthetic rubber plant in Japan

JSR (Tokyo) says that a 19-year-old employee of the company died in an accident on 23 July at the company’s synthetic rubber manufacturing facility at Yokkaichi, Japan. The accident occurred at 12:25 pm local time, and the employee was trapped in manufacturing equipment. The employee was transferred to a hospital, where he was later confirmed dead, JSR says.
