Fujifilm and Mitsubishi Corp. Form Partnership in Contract Manufacturing of Biopharmaceuticals

Mitsubishi Corp. says it has entered into a partnership with Fujifilm (Tokyo) for the contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. The companies have signed an agreement to transfer the ownership of 20% equity interests in Fujifilm's wholly-owned biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing subsidiaries, Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies USA (FDBUS; Morrisville, NC,) and Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies UK (FDBUK; Billingham, U.K.), to Mitsubishi.
