Regions :: North Asia :: Japan Bayer Targets Sales of €2.4 Billion in Japan by 20153:14 AM MDT | October 5, 2011 | Deepti Ramesh Bayer says it plans to expand its business in Japan despite the difficult conditions following the earthquake and tsunami that struck the country earlier this year, and the company expects its sales in Japan to continue to grow in the coming years. “Over the next five years we plan to grow by an average of about 6%/year, after adjusting for currency and portfolio effects, and raise sales to around €2.4 billion by 2015,” says Marijn Dekkers, chairman of the board of management at Bayer.
