BASF and Toda Kogyo enter negotiations to form cathode active materials jv in Japan

BASF and Toda Kogyo Corp. (Tokyo) announced today that they will enter exclusive negotiations to form a joint venture in Japan for cathode active materials. Toda Kogyo is one of the industry leaders in the development and manufacture of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
