Asahi Kasei Launches Mid-Term Management Initiative

Asahi Kasei has announced a new mid-term management initiative dubbed 'For Tomorrow 2015', which focuses on growth and aligning the company toward meeting demands of the global megatrends. Specific targets include the increase in consolidated sales to Y2 trillion ($24.5 billion) in fiscal 2015, a 25% increase on Asahi Kasei's revenues in 2010, and operating income rising 63% to Y200 billion.
