Air Products, Showa Denko Extend Venture

Air Products and Showa Denko say they will extend their 10-year production joint venture, Showa Denko Air Products (SDAP), for etch and chamber cleaning products by building a production facility to manufacture hexafluoride butadiene in Kawasaki, Japan.
