Air Liquide and Toyota Tsusho form JV for hydrogen supply for fuel-cell electric vehicles

Air Liquide says its Air Liquide Japan (Tokyo) subsidiary has signed a partnership agreement with Toyota Tsusho (Nagoya, Japan) for a hydrogen supply business for fuel-cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) in Japan. The two companies, under the agreement, will establish a new joint venture company in which Toyota Tsusho will hold a 51% stake; Air Liquide Japan will hold the remainder.
