Mitsui Chemicals acquires majority stake in US firm Dentca

Mitsui Chemicals says it has acquired a 50.01% stake in Dentca (Los Angeles, CA), in order to further expand its dental material business. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Dentca develops, manufactures, and distributes dentures using new computer-aided design (CAD), computer aided manufacturing (CAM) technology, and proprietary 3-dimensional modeling and printing technology, Mitsui says.
