Valspar signs paints deal with Ace Hardware, including acquisition of manufacturing assets

Valspar has signed a supply relationship with Ace Hardware (Chicago) under which Valspar will manufacture and supply Ace-brand paint products as well as its own Valspar-branded paints to more than 4,000 Ace retail locations in the United States.
