Solazyme and Roquette Frères dissolve food ingredients JV

Renewable oils firm Solazyme (San Francisco) announced today that its food ingredients joint venture with starch firm Roquette Frères, Solazyme Roquette Nutritionals, will be dissolved over "divergent views on an acceptable commercial strategy and timeline for the manufacturing and marketing of joint venture products."
