Shin-Etsu enters US solution vinyl resin market

Shin-Etsu says it will enter the US market for solution vinyl resins, a component in the manufacturing of paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and films. Shin-Etsu's Nissin Chemical subsidiary will manufacture the resins in Japan.
