Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (Aurora, OH)—a marketer, designer, manufacturer, and distributor of films, foams, coated fabrics, bearings, seals, and fluid systems—has completed the acquisition of American Fluoroseal (AFC; Gaithersburg, MD), a manufacturer of fluoropolymer bags for medical use and sterile sampling systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
