Questcor Pharmaceuticals acquires Canadian API firm BioVectra

Pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer BioVectra (Charlottetown, PE) says that biopharmaceutical company Questcor Pharmaceuticals (Anaheim Hills, CA) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of BioVectra for an upfront payment of C$50 million ($50.7 million).
