P2 Science signs joint development deal with Symrise

Renewable chemical firm P2 science (New Haven, CT) announced today that it has entered into a joint development and commercialization agreement with Symrise covering renewable flavors and fragrance (F&F) and cosmetic ingredients. P2’s ozonolysis technology converts vegetable oils and terpenes into specialty chemicals. P2 has already installed and run a pilot scale falling film reactor from Ballestra at P2’s lab at New Haven.
