Oxea to conduct feasibility study to expand Bay City plant

Oxea says it is evaluating expansion of oxo alcohols and downstream derivative production at Bay City, TX. The feasibility study is examining ways to boost the plant’s capacities as well as extend the range of oxo chemicals produced at the site. In 2011, the company increased capacity of its syngas production facility to 17.6 million cubic feet/year at the Bay City site.
