Financial terms were not disclosed. Monsanto says Rosetta Green specializes in the identification and use of unique genes to guide key processes in major crops including corn, soybeans, and cotton. Rosetta Green projects include efforts to improve plant's drought tolerance, fertilizer-use efficiency, and food and fiber quality.
