Subject to a stockholders' resolution obtained at the stockholders’ meeting scheduled for 27 December 2012 as well as approvals by appropriate authorities required in the United States, a US subsidiary formed by Mitsubishi Rayon and Aldila will merge with Aldila as the surviving company, and Aldila will become 100% subsidiary...
