Lonza to sell Arch performance urethanes and organics business to Monument Chemical

Lonza says it has signed a definitive agreement with Monument Chemical (Indianapolis, IN) for the sale of substantially all of the assets of Lonza’s performance urethanes and organics business in the United States, located at Brandenburg, KY. The assets became a part of Lonza through the acquisition of Arch Chemicals (Norwalk, CT) in 2011.
