Lonza Expands, Revamps Former Cambrex Site at Hopkinton, MA (update)

Lonza, one of the world’s most successful contract fine chemical companies, says it has completed the build out of a new mid-scale volume biologic drugs manufacturing facility at Hopkinton, MA. In parallel, Lonza says it has also revamped the entire Hopkinton site-formerly owned by Cambrex-to enhance infrastructure reliability including electricity and waste streams, and increase operational efficiency while meeting cGMP requirements.
