KMG Chemicals founder and chairman retires

KMG Chemicals (Houston) says its founder and chairman David Hatcher will retire as director in December. Hatcher founded the company in 1985 and served as CEO until 2007. He will serve as chairman emeritus of the board upon his retirement and plans to remain a shareholder of the company.
