Invista expands Delaware research center

Invista (Wichita, KS) has expanded its 60,000-sq ft applied research center at Newark, DE. The site houses textile technology and labs for Invista’s apparel, intermediates, and performance surfaces and materials businesses. The company says the expansion will grow the specialty materials business footprint at the research center by 20%; and will provide space and resources to develop new products and end-use applications, to improve existing products, and to better collaborate with customers.
