Inolex Launches Emollients Made From Biobased Succinic Acid

Inolex, a Philadelphia-based personal care and cosmetics ingredient maker, has launched a new range of 100% biobased emollients made from biobased succinic acid produced by BioAmber (Minneapolis) The succinate emollients can be used in skin care, hair care, color, and antiperspirant products to provide shine and a light, fast-drying emolliency, Inolex says.
