Regions :: North America :: U.S. Hydro to List or Divest Hydro Polymers1:10 PM MDT | July 18, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Hydro (Oslo) says it will “list or divest” the company’s petrochemicals business, Hydro Polymers, following the merger of Hydro’s oil and gas activities with Statoil (Oslo). Statoil and Hydro announced the merger last month. Hydro plans to focus on its aluminum activities following that deal, which will create the biggest offshore oil company.
