Grace completes acquisition of catalysts assets in China

W. R. Grace says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of assets of Noblestar Catalysts (Qingdao, China), a manufacturer of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts, catalyst intermediates and related products used in the petroleum refining industry. Grace plans to make additional investments at the acquired Qingdao site for environmental, safety and manufacturing upgrades.
