Gases Firms Raise Prices

Praxair says it is boosting product prices and facility fees for industrial, medical, and specialty gas customers in the U.S., effective immediately or as contracts allow. Prices on argon, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen prices will increase 10%-20%; helium, 15%-30%; and facility fees and cylinder rental rates will increase up to 15%.
