FMC files patent infringement lawsuit against Summit Agro

FMC says it initiated litigation on 16 January against Summit Agro Ukraine (Kiev) and Summit North American Holdings Corp. (Wilmington, DE) in the United States District Court at Wilmington, seeking injunctive and monetary relief for FMC’s claims of Summit’s infringement of FMC's patent-covered production of its sulfentrazone herbicide.
