Enterprise extends Aegis commitment period

Enterprise Products Partners (Houston) has extended the deadline for reserving capacity on its 270-mile Aegis ethane pipeline, which is to begin commercial operation in 2014. Enterprise announced the project last month. The company says that it has already received sufficient commitments to move forward, but potential shippers continue to express interest in long-term transportation agreements. The supplemental binding open commitment period, which began Monda,y extends to May 9. Aegis will transport purity ethane from Enterprise’s Mont Belvieu, TX liquids...
