Eastman files complaint over Westlake's Longview pipeline tariff

Eastman Chemical says it has filed a complaint with the Texas Railroad Commission disputing a tariff placed on a common carrier pipeline between Longview and Mont Belvieu, TX. Eastman says the tariff rate was modified by Westlake, which bought the 200-mile pipeline and over 1 billion lbs of polyethylene production capacity from Eastman in 2006.
