EU and US conclude second round of trade negotiations at Brussels

The European Union and the United States have concluded the second round of week-long negotiations for the transatlantic trade and investment partnership (TTIP). "Significant progress" has been made, the European Commission says. The topics discussed include energy and raw materials, investment rules, trade-in services, and a range of regulatory issues.
